1-2 Tablespoons hot water
2 jalapeno wheels
2 oz. tequila
2 Tablespoons lemon juice

Directions
1) Mix the hot water and honey to make a syrup.
2) In a shaker, muddle the jalapeno, add tequila, lemon juice and honey syrup to taste.
3) Add ice and shake cocktail for 10-15 seconds.
4) Strain into martini glass and serve with lemon twist or jalapeno wheel.
