Ingredients
3 pounds boneless beef chuck, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
1/2 cup flour
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 (28 ounce) cans tomatoes, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
6 large carrots, cut into 1/2 inch slices
3/4 cup raisins
1 teaspoon ground ginger

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Toss beef with flour. Heat oil a in large heavy pan. Brown beef. Add onion and tomatoes. Stir in vinegar and honey and simmer covered for about 2 hours or until beef is tender. Add carrots, raisins and ginger and simmer uncovered for an additional 25 minutes or until carrots are tender.
