Ingredients
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
2 teaspoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 cup prepared salsa
4 Tablespoons canned jalapeno peppers, chopped
3 Tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
8 (8-inch) flour tortillas
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions
Combine black beans, honey, salsa, jalapenos and cilantro in medium sized bowl. Evenly spread salsa and bean mixture over 4 tortillas. Top with cheese. Top with another tortilla.
Cook in non-stick pan over medium-high heat, about 1 to 2 minutes per side, until cheese melts and tortillas are slightly crisp. Cut each quesadilla into desired portions. Serve immediately.
