Honey Tips

Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.

Directions

Combine black beans, honey, salsa, jalapenos and cilantro in medium sized bowl. Evenly spread salsa and bean mixture over 4 tortillas. Top with cheese. Top with another tortilla.
Cook in non-stick pan over medium-high heat, about 1 to 2 minutes per side, until cheese melts and tortillas are slightly crisp. Cut each quesadilla into desired portions. Serve immediately.
