1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped

2 pounds pork tenderloin

Due to the high level of fructose, honey is 25% sweeter than table sugar.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Sauté all ingredients, except pork, for 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Place pork in a medium size baking dish. Cover pork with sautéed vegetables and bake uncovered for 1 hour.
