Cheddar and Blue Cheese Mousse

This tantalizing cheese spread is a superb appetizer. Serve on crackers and expect raves from party guests.

Ingredients

1 1/4 teaspoons unflavored gelatin

1/4 cup cold water

1 pound cheddar cheese, cut into pieces

1/2 pound blue cheese, cut into pieces

1 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1 cup heavy cream, whipped

paprika and parsley for garnish

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.

Directions

Spray a 3-cup mold with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix gelatin and water together in a medium bowl.
Melt cheese and paprika in a double boiler or over hot water. Add honey. Stir well to combine. Add cheese mixture to gelatin mixture. Fold in whipped cream until mixture is light.
Chill in refrigerator for several hours until firm.
Unmold on plate and sprinkle with paprika. Garnish with parsley.
