Honey Tips

How Honey Is Created

Honey is created when bees mix plant nectar, a sweet substance secreted by flowers, with their own bee enzymes.

Spray a 3-cup mold with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix gelatin and water together in a medium bowl.
Melt cheese and paprika in a double boiler or over hot water. Add honey. Stir well to combine. Add cheese mixture to gelatin mixture. Fold in whipped cream until mixture is light.
Chill in refrigerator for several hours until firm.
Unmold on plate and sprinkle with paprika. Garnish with parsley.
