Ingredients
1 egg
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 Tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
2 teaspoons dried dill
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
5 Tablespoons cold butter, cut into chunks
4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Honey Mustard Butter:
6 tablespoons butter, softened
2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 tablespoon dijon mustard

Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°.
In a medium bowl whisk together egg, buttermilk, honey and dill until blended.
In another bowl combine all dry ingredients. Add butter to dry ingredients and blend using a fork, until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Add egg mixture and grated cheese. Mix well. Knead dough until it just together.
Spread dough evenly into a lightly greased 9-inch pie pan. Score top into 8 slices.
Bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until done. Cool on rack. Serve warm with honey-mustard butter.
