Ingredients
2 cups part skim ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted*
1 tablespoon Chambord, optional
1/4 cup fresh raspberries
heavy whipping cream, optional

Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
In a blender or food processor combine ricotta, honey, melted chocolate chips and Chambord. Process until smooth. Spoon into parfait or wine glasses. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
To serve, top with a spoonful of whipped cream and a few fresh raspberries.
*To melt chips, place in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each, until chocolate is smooth.
