Honey Tips

Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.

In a medium saucepan combine dried cherries and Marsala. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Return to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 more minutes until cranberries burst. Remove from heat and cool. Refrigerate until ready to serve, up to 3 days.
