Cranberry and Mango Relish

Your guests will love this scrumptious fresh alternative to canned cranberry sauce. Mango adds a tropical twist to this Thanksgiving staple.

Ingredients

1 large or 2 small mangoes, peeled and cut into pieces

2 cups cranberries

1/2 orange, unpeeled, seeded and cut into pieces

1/2 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.

Directions

Place mango pieces, cranberries and orange pieces in food processor. Drizzle honey evenly over fruit. Add ginger and pulse until fruit is coarsely chopped. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Can be prepared 4 days ahead.
Yield: 2 1/2 cups
