Ingredients
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/4 cup butter
2 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt

Honey Is Sweeter Than Sugar
Due to the high level of fructose, honey is 25% sweeter than table sugar.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine sugar, honey and butter in a small pan and cook over low heat until just boiling, stirring occasionally. Cool. Sift remaining ingredients into a bowl. Stir in honey mixture. Knead until dough is smooth, about 3 minutes. Divide dough in half and roll out one piece at a time on lightly floured surface until 1/8-inch thick. Cut dough with cookie cutter. Place cookies on buttered baking sheets. Bake until lightly browned, approximately 15 minutes. Cool on rack and store in an airtight container.
