Easter Sunday Melon Cup

Light and refreshing as a spring day.

Ingredients

Fruit:

2 cups honeydew melon balls

2 cups cantaloupe balls

1 cup strawberries, sliced

Arrange fruit attractively on plates. Refrigerate until dressing is prepared.

Dressing:

1/2 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon celery seeds

Honey Is Sweeter Than Sugar

Due to the high level of fructose, honey is 25% sweeter than table sugar.

Directions

Combine first 6 dressing ingredients in blender. Mix on high speed until well blended. Stir in celery seed. To serve, spoon dressing over fruit. Store any remaining dressing in covered container in refrigerator.
Serves 4-6.
