Flank Steak with Creamy Horseradish Sauce

This marinade leaves the flank steak tender and juicy. A creamy horseradish sauce complements the meat making this dish special enough to serve to guests.

Ingredients

Marinade:

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/3 cup olive oil

4 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

4 large cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

1 tablespoon black pepper

1 1/2 pounds flank steak

Horseradish Sauce:

3/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup prepared horseradish, drained

1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped

1 tablespoon shallots, minced

1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

Directions

Whisk together all marinade ingredients. Pour into a 9×13-inch glass baking dish. Add steak to dish and turn several times. Refrigerate at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.
Meanwhile prepare Horseradish Sauce. Stir together all ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Remove steak from marinade. Discard marinade. Place steak on grill or broiler pan. Cook about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Remove from heat, slice meat across grain into thin strips. Divide between plates and serve with a generous spoonful of Horseradish Sauce.
