Honey Tips

How Honey Is Created

Honey is created when bees mix plant nectar, a sweet substance secreted by flowers, with their own bee enzymes.

Whisk together all marinade ingredients. Pour into a 9×13-inch glass baking dish. Add steak to dish and turn several times. Refrigerate at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.
Meanwhile prepare Horseradish Sauce. Stir together all ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Remove steak from marinade. Discard marinade. Place steak on grill or broiler pan. Cook about 4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Remove from heat, slice meat across grain into thin strips. Divide between plates and serve with a generous spoonful of Horseradish Sauce.
