Frozen Fruit Yogurt

Cool and refreshing. Enjoy these low calorie frozen treats made with Raw Golden Blossom Honey on the hottest days of summer. Try both flavors.

Ingredients

Mango:

32 ounces plain yogurt

1/2 cup RAW GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1/2 cup mango juice or nectar

Pineapple Mint:

32 ounces plain yogurt

1/2 cup pineapple juice

1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple

1/2 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped

zest of one large lemon

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.

Directions

Choose one flavor: Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a stainless steel bowl, cover and freeze until crystals form, about 3 hours. Pour back into blender. Process until smooth. Return to bowl and freeze overnight.
Remove from freezer for about 10 – 15 minutes before serving.
Serves: 8-10
