Glorious Grapes

These grapes make a great snack or appetizer for your next party. The tangy syrup infuses the grapes with an unusual sweet-tart taste that you will find irresistible. Another terrific recipe from our friend Jackie.

3 cups red seedless grapes, stemmed, rinsed and drained

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Honey Is Magic

In a medium pan combine water, vinegar and honey. Bring to a boil. Let boil 1 minute. Stir in cinnamon, vanilla and grapes. Bring to a boil. Let boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Pour into a bowl to cool. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
To serve, remove grapes from liquid. Place in a bowl and set a small container of toothpicks nearby.
