3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4 ounce honey syrup

Due to the high level of fructose, honey is 25% sweeter than table sugar.
Directions
1. To make Honey Syrup, combine two parts honey and one part hot water in a jar, seal, and shake until thoroughly combined. Store at room temperature
2. Pour all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, cover, and shake to mix. Pour over one large ice cube in a rocks glass.
