Ingredients
1/8 cup scallions, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 small garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, diced
1/4 cup black olives, pitted and chopped
1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 loaf French or Italian bread

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk together first 4 ingredients.
In a second bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add the dressing to chicken mixture. Toss gently until well combined.
Cut bread in half length-wise. Scoop out middle of bread. Spread chicken salad evenly in cavity. Put bread back together and slice diagonally.
Serves: 4.
