Ingredients
2/3 cup red wine
1/3 cup olive oil
3/4 teaspoon oregano, dried
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
2 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 loin lamb chops, 1 1/4 inches thick

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.
Directions
Combine first eight ingredients in a glass baking dish. Arrange lamb chops in a single layer in the dish to marinate. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours, turning and basting every half hour.
Prepare barbecue. Grill lamb 5 minutes per side for medium rare. Baste and turn often.
