Grilled Peaches with Raspberry Puree

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries

2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

4 peaches, peeled, halved and pitted

2 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1 1/2 teaspoons almond flavoring

1 1/2 teaspoons butter

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.

Directions

Combine raspberries, lemon juice and 1 Tablespoon honey in blender or processor until smooth. Strain puree to remove seeds. Cover and chill. Place peaches cut side up on aluminum foil. Combine 2 Tablespoons honey and almond flavoring. Dot peaches with butter. Drizzle honey mixture over peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Seal foil. Cook on barbecue grill for 15 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. Remove from grill. Serve with raspberry puree. Serves 4.
