Ingredients
Chutney:
1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped
1 cup diced tomato
3/4 cup onion, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Ham:
1 fully cooked ham steak, about 1 1/2 pounds
1 tablespoon butter

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Chutney:
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until apples are tender. Remove from heat and cool. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Ham:
Melt butter in a large skillet. Add ham and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until ham just begins to brown. Remove to a plate and serve with warmed or chilled chutney.
Serves: 4
