Honey Tips

How Honey Is Created

Honey is created when bees mix plant nectar, a sweet substance secreted by flowers, with their own bee enzymes.

Directions

Chutney:
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until apples are tender. Remove from heat and cool. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Ham:
Melt butter in a large skillet. Add ham and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until ham just begins to brown. Remove to a plate and serve with warmed or chilled chutney.
