There's nothing quite like a good, old-fashioned meatloaf on a cold winter's night.

2 eggs

1/2 cup milk

3/4 cup dried bread crumbs

1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard

1 garlic clove, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup onion, finely chopped

2 tablespoons orange juice

Blend honey and orange juice together in a small bowl

Honey Tips

Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.

Directions

Beat together eggs and milk. Mix in next 7 ingredients. Combine all with meat. Shape into a loaf and place in a 9x5x3" baking pan.
