Ingredients
Crust:
2 cups flour
3/4 cup walnuts, finely chopped
1/2 cup margarine, room temperature
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 Tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/8 teaspoon salt
Filling:
1 Tablespoon grated orange zest
3 MacIntosh apples, peeled, cored and coarsely chopped
1 (12 ounce) package cranberries
3/4 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
3/4 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 oranges, peeled and sectioned
1 Tablespoon Courvoisier (optional)

Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Crust: Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and blend until mixture is crumbly. Press into the bottom and up sides of an 11 inch ungreased tart pan. Bake 15-20 minutes until crust is golden. Remove from oven and cool before filling.Filling: In a large heavy saucepan, combine first 7 ingredients. Cook until mixture boils, stirring constantly. Gently mix in orange sections and Courvoisier. Pour into a bowl. Cover and chill. Pour filling into crust. Serves 8.
