Ingredients
3 1/2 cups peach-mango juice (such as V-8 V-Fusion)
1/2 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup fresh basil leaves
1 bottle (750 mm) Pinot Grigio or other dry wine wine, well chilled

How Honey is Made
To make honey, bees drop the collected nectar into the honeycomb and then evaporate it by fanning their wings.
Directions
In a medium saucepan combine 2 cups of juice, honey, lemon juice and basil. Heat to a simmer, crushing basil leaves with a potato masher or back of spoon to release their essence. Once mixture simmers, remove from heat to cool. Strain into a pitcher or bowl. Discard basil leaves. Stir in remaining peach-mango juice. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Can be made up to 48 hours ahead.
When ready to serve, gently stir wine into fruit mixture and pour into glasses.
