Honey Tips

Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.

Directions

Roll out bottom crust and place in 9-inch pie pan. Arrange apple slices over pastry. Mix together honey, lemon juice and flour and pour over apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and dot with butter. Cover with top crust and seal edges. Cut steam vents in top crust and bake at 425° for 40 minutes or until apples are tender when pierced with a toothpick.
