Ingredients
1/2 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 lbs country-style pork spareribs

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.
Directions
Combine all ingredients except spare ribs. Blend until smooth. If time permits, pour sauce over ribs in roasting pan and allow to marinate at room temperature for 1 hour. Bake uncovered 2-3 hours at 300°, turning occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
