1/8 cup soy sauce
1/8 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
4 (6 ounce) pieces salmon fillets

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°.
Mix together soy sauce and honey. Coat a shallow baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place fillets skin side down in pan. Spoon honey mixture over fish. Roast in oven 12-15 minutes depending on thickness of fillet, basting once.
Turn oven to broil. Baste fish once more. Broil salmon for a few minutes, watching carefully.
