Whisk together and set as
4 loin lamb chops, 2-inches thick
1 garlic clove, quartered
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Sauce:

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Make a slit in the center of each lamb chop. Insert garlic. Pat rosemary and pepper on both sides of meat. Broil lamb chops 4 minutes. Turn and coat with honey mustard sauce and broil an additional 4 minutes for rare. For medium 5 minutes on each side. Serves 2.
