2 quarts of apple cider
1 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
5 oranges slices
5 lemon slices
18 whole cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 cinnamon sticks

Due to the high level of fructose, honey is 25% sweeter than table sugar.
Directions
In a saucepan combine all ingredients. Simmer 20 minutes.
