2 cups very hot water
2 Tablespoons lemon juice

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Pour into two ice cube trays and freeze. Serve in iced tea.
