Ingredients
4 center cut pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
Rub:
1/2 cup onion, very finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon thyme, dried
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Prepare barbecue. Using a fork, mash ingredients to a coarse paste. Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel. Coat chops on both sides with paste. Cook chops on grill for 6 minutes on each side. (Chops may be broiled.)
