1 large ripe mango, peeled and cubed
2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1 1/3 cups orange juice

In the days before biology and botany were understood, people thought it was a special kind of magic that turned flower nectar into honey.
Puree mango in a food processor or blender with honey and nutmeg. Add remaining ingredients and blend until well combined. Serve chilled.
