1/2 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
4 filet mignons (1/2 pound each) 1 1/2 inch thick

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Whisk together first 8 ingredients. Place filet in a pan and cover with marinade. Turn to coat all sides. Marinate in refrigerator for one hour. Broil 6 minutes per side for medium rare. Serve with lime wedges.
