Ingredients
Marinade:
1/4 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
3 tablespoons lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 (6-ounce) fish fillets (orange roughy, tilapia or any similar fish)

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Lightly coat a shallow pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix together marinade ingredients. Place fillets in a shallow dish and pour marinade over fish. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove fish from marinade and discard marinade.
Place fish in prepared pan and bake until just cooked through, about 15 minutes, depending on thickness of fish.
