Marinated Grilled Flank Steak

Ingredients

1 Tablespoon lemon zest

2 teaspoons olive oil

1 garlic clove, minced

1 teaspoon black pepper

2 teaspoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1 flank steak (about 1 1/2 pounds)

2 Tablespoons soy sauce

1/2 teaspoons dried ginger

Honey Is Sweeter Than Sugar

Due to the high level of fructose, honey is 25% sweeter than table sugar.

Directions

Combine all ingredients except steak, in a bowl. Pour into glass pan large enough to hold steak. Add steak, turn to coat well. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight, turning occasionally. Prepare grill. Place steak on grill and cook about 5-6 minutes per side for medium rare. Slice thinly on the diagonal. Serve immediately. Serves 2 – 3.
