Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs, about 1 slice of bread
2 tablespoons onion, chopped
1 medium carrot, coarsely grated
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
1/8 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Topping:
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 tablespoon yellow mustard

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 °.
In a large bowl combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onions and carrot. In a small bowl whisk together egg, milk, honey, mustard, ketchup and salt and pepper. Pour over beef mixture. Stir to combine. Pack mixture into a 9X5-inch loaf pan. Bake 1 hour. Remove from oven.
Whisk together topping ingredients. Spoon over meatloaf and continue baking for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and slice to serve.
