1 cup old-fashioned oats, uncooked
1 cup plain yogurt, low-fat or non-fat
1/2 cup diced dried tropical fruit, or dried fruit of your choice
1/2 cup pecans, walnuts or almonds, chopped
2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Honey Is Sweeter Than Sugar
Due to the high level of fructose, honey is 25% sweeter than table sugar.
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour or overnight.
