Honey Tips

Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.

Melt butter and oil over medium-high heat in a deep saucepan. Place scallions and mushrooms in pan. Sauté until mushrooms begin to brown and their liquid is evaporated.
Blend in sherry and boil until evaporated. Stir in honey and broth. Simmer for 15 minutes. Season to taste.
