Ingredients
4 lamb loin chops
1 garlic clove, quartered
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Sauce:
3 teaspoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Combine sauce ingredients in a bowl. Make a slit in the center of each lamb chop. Insert garlic. Pat pepper and rosemary onto both sides of meat. Broil lamb chops 4 minutes. Turn and coat with honey mustard sauce and broil an additional 4 minutes.
