Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients

3/4 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

3/4 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1 3/4 cups flour

2 cups shredded coconut

2 cups walnuts, chopped

2 cups raisins

2 2/3 cups oatmeal(quick or old-fashinioned, uncooked)

1 cup butter or margarine

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°. Cream together butter, honey and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in baking soda and flour. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by teaspoonsful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes, until golden brown. Yield: 5 dozen.
