Ingredients
1 cup quick oats
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 3/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Honey Is One of the Oldest Foods
Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°. Spray muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together first 7 dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk together remaining 7 ingredients. Add to dry ingredients and mix until just blended. Distribute batter evenly among 12 muffins cups.
Bake approximately 30 minutes, until muffins are golden and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Transfer to rack. Cool.
