
Ingredients
1 9-inch pie crust
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 Tablespoons butter or margarine
2 large onions preferably Vadalia, cut into 1/4-inch slices
2 eggs
1 cup half & half
2 Tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 ounces Swiss cheese, grated
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions
Preheat oven to 375°. Prick bottom of crust with fork and bake for 15 minutes. While crust is baking, prepare filling. Heat olive oil and butter in skillet. Add onion slices and saute on each side until they begin to brown. Place them in the pre-baked crust. Whisk together eggs, half & half, flour, honey, salt and pepper. Stir in Swiss cheese. Pour mixture over onions. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Bake 25 minutes, or until golden. Let cool 10 minutes before slicing. Serves 4.
