Orange Creme Fraiche Sauce for Fresh Berries

This smooth creamy topping over seasonal berries is pure pleasure.

Ingredients

1/3 cup creme fraiche (found in dairy section)

3 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate, thawed

2 cups fresh mixed berries

Directions

Whisk together crème fraiche, honey and orange juice concentrate in a small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use.
To serve, toss berries together. Spoon into small bowls. Top with a dollop of sauce.
