Orzo and Chopped Vegetable Salad

A bright, fresh tasting pasta salad that is perfect for spring.

Ingredients

Salad:

1 cup orzo (found in pasta aisle), cooked according to package directions, drained and rinsed

3 plum tomatoes, chopped

2 small zucchini, chopped

1/4 cup red onion, chopped

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Dressing:

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.

Directions

In a large bowl combine all salad ingredients. Whisk together dressing ingredients. Pour over salad. Toss. Chill until ready to serve.
