1 tablespoon butter

4 Bartlett pears

1 cup plain yogurt

4 tablespoons RAW GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

8 tablespoons of your favorite granola

Honey Tips

Honey Is Sweeter Than Sugar

Due to the high level of fructose, honey is 25% sweeter than table sugar.

Directions

Cut pears in half lengthwise and core. Melt butter in a large grill pan or skillet. Place pear halves cut side down on the heated pan. Cook 5-10 minutes or until the cut side of pear is beginning to brown.
Place pears cut side up on a plate. Spread each with a tablespoon of raw honey. Top each with a spoonful of yogurt and sprinkle with granola.
