Peanut Butter Cashew Sundae

Ice cream sundaes are a classic summer treat. Here salted cashews are a perfect foil to the irresistible taste of the peanut butter sauce.

Ingredients

1/3 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

1/3 cup salted cashews

vanilla ice cream

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.

Directions

In a small pan heat honey until warm, do not boil. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter until well combined.
Scoop ice cream into bowls. Drizzle with a spoonful of warm peanut butter sauce. Top with some cashews.
