Peppered Steaks

Terrific on the grill. A quick and tender steak.

Ingredients

3/4 cup olive oil

1/3 cup red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

4 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1/4 cup scallions, chopped

4 garlic cloves, chopped

2 tablespoons coarsely ground pepper

1 teaspoon dried thyme, crumbled

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 teaspoon salt

4 small strip steaks (3/4 inch thick)

No need to refrigerate it. It can be stored unopened, indefinitely, at room temperature in a dry cupboard.

Directions

Serves: 4Whisk together the first 10 ingredients. Pour into a ziplock bag or a glass baking dish. Add steaks and marinate for up to 12 hours.Prepare grill. Remove steaks from marinade and cook approximately 3 minutes per side for medium.
