Pineapple Bread Pudding

A different side dish for your Easter dinner. This bread pudding is sweet and yummy!

Ingredients

4 eggs, beaten

1/2 cup butter, melted

3/4 cup GOLDEN BLOSSOM HONEY

1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple

7 slices white bread, cubed

Honey is one of the oldest foods in existence. It was found in the tomb of King Tut and was still edible since honey never spoils.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs thoroughly. Stir in butter, honey and pineapple. Add bread and mix until well coated. Spray a 2 quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pour mixture into baking dish and spread evenly. Bake uncovered for one hour, until top is lightly browned.
Serves: 6-8.
